I am seeing an issue that email will stop working (POP3 and SMTP) for 5 
to 30 min. at time then start working again. The log files are showing 
nothing for the time period ex:

Oct 19 19:22:36 mail sendmail[329]: n9K0C1tU000317: from=<XXX at XXX.xom>, 
size=0, class=0, nrcpts=3, proto=SMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=XXX.XXX.com 
[1.2.3.4]

I have been able to restart the sendmail and dovecot service and it will 
clear it up. Clients are seeing an timeout error. This dose not effect 
SSH, http, or the admin site as they can still be accessed at the same time.

Dose anyone have any ideas?
