Thanks Steve - but it is the 'You' in your suggestion that I was  
trying to avoid.

You see every time they want to secure / protect a directory - or  
change a password, I get a phone call.

I was just wondering if there was any other more 'user friendly /  
admin lazy' means to achieve this?
