Yeah, copying all from the isolinux folder (but the isolinux.cfg) usually gets 
you into that kind of troubles. Hence I try to avoid that for as long as 
possible.

You can usually make it work by just copying the isolinux.bin and the vmlinuz 
over. Even then it might not work. I remember that one time around I had to 
either unpack isolinux.bin, fix it and repackage it, or had to substitute the 
.diskinfo and .treeinfo from the newer CD, too.
