Since I had no clue what 95 percentile translates to in german, I digged
it up on wp and found observium
(http://www.observium.org/wiki/Main_Page) among cacti and mrtg linked
from there. As it looks promising I thought I'd throw it in. I'll
certainly give it shot in the next weeks.
