The host ns2.host.com is reporting the bounce and not the box where the
domain is running on..
 
So the seconday nameserver has old info for the domain and is not updated
according to the primary namserver.
 
If a mailsystem somewhere on the internet has mail for user at domain.com it
will work ok as long as your ns1 is asked for dns info, but it will bounce
if a mailsystem asks your ns2.

Mail sent to user at domain.com get bounced back about 1 time in 3.

Tried adding localhost entry to onboard DNS (This box is not DNS Server for
Domain)
