Thanks for all the suggestions. I knew about the format and what not, I just
was not sure about what to use in a windows environment in order to get
these files extracted.

I have tried WinRar and PowerArchiver. The powerarchiver is able to see the
files, but will not extract them.

I'll give 7zip a try and will let you know if it works.
