I use RapidSSL. It is straight forward. You just copy and paste the response
in the GUI.

I'm not familiar with rapidssl.
I have installed many certs, but never that one.
some suppliers will use a file like ca-bundle or some such.

Check with rapidssl and make sure they sendt you everything
