Hi!

We've all had our problems with dovecot not supporting subfolders to
folders with the mbox format. Here is a solution which makes it possible
to at least with new accounts get the same function as with the old
UW-IMAP server.

For old users their old mbox subfolders will have to be migrated to
maildir. (I have no solution for that yet!). Anyway, this will keep the
inbox in mbox format and thus there is no need to patch any other
configurationfiles.
