I think what Tony is referring to, is the Compass networks WHAM product.
One stop install for Joomla, and a few other packages.

There are no 'auto solutions' for any other packages with BX. It's  
just Apache with PHP after all. Joomla comes with an install script,  
I'm sure that isn't far off working if you do safe mode changes as  
other people have described. If you have to make any changes do let  
the list know so others can benefit from it.
