I found the answer to that on the SpamHaus site, they are zones, not
servers.

Michael, what changed from BQ to BX that would stop Zen dead in its tracks?
I looked through the sendmail.mc's line by line and found only the accept
unresolved domains entry.  Enabling that didn't enable Zen.  I find it hard
to believe that the spammers simply stopped just because I switched to BX.
