Ok, SSHing as root can you run

grep "joebloggs" -R /usr/sausalito/codb/objects/*/.name

Replacing joebloggs with the users username. This *should* return something like:

/usr/sausalito/codb/objects/1787/.name:joebloggs

But i suspect it will return something like (with made up ID number..):

/usr/sausalito/codb/objects/1776/.name:joebloggs
/usr/sausalito/codb/objects/1787/.name:joebloggs

(i.e. two rows, one of which has 1787 in it).

If this is the case then there are definitely two objects with the same username. Do either of these users have mail/data that you are worried about, or are they both deletable (if you actually could delete them...)?
