It only saves the changed files 

Wo when making 3 backups

You have one latest backup

And 2 backups only with files that was changed you olso can exclude
directorys (logfiles etc)

Hy Steffan!

Rsnapshot is a very great product and works simple, fast without problems on
my system.
Install, config and running is simple.

On small websites I make Backups with raqbackup, but on big sites I only use
rsnapshot (excl Logfiles!!!!) and 
the size for backups is not too much.
I make 5 daily backups (mo-fr), 4 weeks (on sat) and montly on the first day
of the month.
