Hi

Webalistic, a php/mysql/ajax based CMS, will allow users to register and
build their own webpages with very limited technical ability. This will run
in BO - its how we run it here. It needs some tiny configuration tweeks to
install, but not very much. It comes with a commercial portal.

Currently Webalistic is a commercial package, but we have had some
conversations here about taking it open source on BO.

Best thing to do it to register for free and have a play to see if it does
what you want. GO to www.webalistic.net. If you like it I can put you in
touch with Michele about a server licence.
