When i do those commands i get:

bash: service: command not found

/etc/init.d/httpd restart
It stops httpd and then starts httpd


/etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv restart
Stopping admin web server:  httpd.admsrv                   [  OK  ]
Starting admin web server:                                 [  OK  ]

Same issue at GUI login:
Your login session has expired. To login again, please enter your user name and password.

what happens with
   service httpd restart
   service admserv restart
