[BlueOnyx:07966] false alarm message size warnings?

Ok, here’s a weird one. 

We have one vendor who is now getting bogus undeliverables when sending
large files to our BO box.  The message leaves the sender's exchange server,
hands it off to our Barracuda, which successfully delivers the message to
the BO mailbox. The recipient also receives the message (and 9mb) attachment
just fine. The only thing wrong is the sender is getting the bogus bounce
below:
