[BlueOnyx:08279] Zero-Byte Log Files

Hi,

On my 5107R machines, after the logs rotate every night they seem to 
stop. /var/log/httpd/access_log is zero bytes until I manually restart 
Apache with service httpd restart. Any ideas why this might be happening?
