Still fighting this issue
email aliases are not working.
I've checked the OID database and all looks well.
did all the restarts and rebuilding the databases

/var/log/messages looks OK with this exception

Jun 22 07:10:16 s8 cced(smd)[31378]: client 6:[48:29419]: SET  54 .
Email "aliases" "=" "&user1&"

not sure why it reads Email "aliases" "=" "&user1&"

BUT a line later in the log reads

CREATE  EmailAlias fqdn = "host.domain.tld" site = site2 action =
testthis alias = user1
