Hi oldcabin!

Compass newlinq was redesigned a few months ago. For non-free stuff, it 
works like this:

1. Order is placed online.
2. Paypal sends receipt to ticketing system
3. Ticketing system process gives detailed instructions including 
newlinq stuff.

The problem is I forgot about how to get feedback for free purchases to 
give install instructions. I'll look into that, and see what I can do to 
make it easier.
