I made a really dumb .. dumb error this evening.

I deleted everything from /var/log/httpd

So.... although I opened an access_log and error_log with
root root owner, neither of those are collecting any entries.

And, I'm sure there are other logs that I can't remember.

1. Is root the right owner?
2. I've done service syslog restart .... what else can I try?
3. What other files should be in that dir?
