[BlueOnyx:09057] Unlimited quotas

I have a server with most of the users showing up with unlimited quota.
The customer created all the users in this VPS and can't remember what
quota settings was used, but I don't see where a user can be created
without a quota, the GUI gives an error when trying. Anyone know how all
these users could get unlimited quota? And would there be a way to
update all the users with unlimited at once?
