Hmm. OK. We hide phpMyAdmin behind the GUI to not expose it to potential 
attacks.

Run these two commands on your BlueOnyx:

rpm -qa|grep base-phpmyadmin
rpm -qa|grep phpMyAdmin

That will list all RPMs that belong to the phpMyAdmin integration. Then remove 
all these RPMs with "yum remove ..."

Afterwards restart CCEd and AdmServ:

/etc/init.d/cced.init restart
/etc/init.d/admserv restart
