Well, there's the problem.

You can't have the same IP as both the address and the broadcast.  It won't work.  And if the mask is 255.255.255.0 - you can't use the x.x.x.255 address as your IP.  That's the default broadcast for that network and you can't change it.

Make your server's IP address something else in the 10.80.80.x network (not .0, .1, or .255).  Leave your broadcast 10.80.80.255.  And leave your gateway as 10.80.80.1.  Run "service network restart" and you should be OK then.
