Michael – 

We uninstalled the package from the GUI and reinstalled using /usr/sausalito/sbin/pkg_prepare.pl and it looks like that fixed the problem on both servers.  Thankfully we'd recently purchased another copy for a new server from Gerald Waugh, so we had a fresh copy of the PKG.
