Hi

Most of my errors have cleared up, but I fixed phpMyAdmin as root:

pico /etc/httpd/conf.d/phpMyAdmin.conf

Add :/usr/sausalito/configs/php/ to the end of the basedir line

service httpd restart

Not sure if this is the best fix, but at least it's working again.

Regards, Richard

    Michael,

this update worked, but something wrong came up. When i try to upload a file in one of my sites i get the following:

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/sites/www.SITENAME.it/repository/leggi/nor_fibra.txt) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/lib/php/session/:/home/sites/erweb_webprogs:/home/sites/www.SITENAME.it/:/tmp:/usr/share/pear/:/usr/sausalito/configs/php/:/tmp/:/home/.sites/148/site61/) in /home/.sites/148/site61/web/restricted/ct_repository_insert_post.php on line 46

Can one update have messed up something with open_basedir?

    TKS

Hi all,

Ok, the hopefully final round of hotfixes is out:

yum clean all; yum update -y

That will address the Safe_Mode issue. No reboot or restart of anything
required.

Again, apologies for this mess. Going to do a detailed write up now as of what
went wrong.
