That makes it even more odd then as only 220 is listed.
Why hasn't yum or whatever does the BlueOnyx upgrades updated this file?

Shall I simply update it manually now? And what about the future?

  Look at /boot/grub/grub.conf
  kernel default will be used
    #boot=/dev/sda
    default=0
  1st kernel listed will be loaded
