Rebooted per Michael's suggestion. Both same kernel. (Before and after reboot) Installed Geralds suggestions. Still no go. 

Unless someone has an absolute desire to see this resolved ... I'm giving up on this one. 

[root at dal-bx3 ~]# uname -a
Linux dal-bx3.donteague.com 2.6.32-131.17.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Oct 5 17:19:54 CDT 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
 
[admin at dal-bx4 ~]$ uname -a
