As much as I hate to re-visit something from December, we have a 
customer 5106R box that is doing the same thing that Ernie reported.

The box is fully yum'd, and is a basically unmodified 5106R.  It is 
running the Solarspeed PHP-5.2.14 for BlueOnyx and AV-Spam packages... 
not that I think that either of those is the culprit.

?Here are the errors that get thrown at the top of Server Management > 
Security > PHP Settings:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by
