[BlueOnyx:09631] vacation reply error

We just had a user attempt to set a vacation reply in the list. He set it
without error, but instead of the autoreply senders are getting the
following error when they send email to him:

File exists

554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 17

 

 

Ideas?
