[BlueOnyx:10970] yum update mail producing .bin attachment

Hi list,

The emails that are send by the yum update process can't be read on all 
devices. An explanation and solution can be found in [BlueOnyx:10946]

I had made this change, but it seems that this fix has been overwritten in 
that file. Is it possible to get this fix in the official BX distribution?
