[BlueOnyx:10572] CCED script to change register globals and PHP values

Is there a CCED script that I could modify to change the register globals  and other php values for all sites?

I use the  /usr/sbin/caddvsite  to create sites from the command line and it does not seem to use the default values for new sites.

I do see some files with those values like
-rw-------    1 root root     2 Oct 13  2011 PHPVsite.register_globals
-rw-------    1 root root     2 Jan 19 17:17 PHPVsite.register_globals
-rw-------    1 root root     2 Mar 29 16:08 PHPVsite.register_globals
-rw-------    1 root root     2 Feb 23 13:38 PHPVsite.register_globals
etc
-rw-------    1 root root     2 Sep 20  2011 .register_globals

But there are only 34 of those files and the server has more sites than that on it.
