[BlueOnyx:11301] 5107 PHP not working

Hello,

I have a server BQ 5107R
All sites that has php enebled and not suPHP
Are not working anymore

If I enable suPHP the site is working
When disable suPHP the site is downloading the php file

Also on this server:
When creating a subdomain with suPHP enabled
The config is looking for php.ini in /home/sites/XX/vhost/subdomaindir 
But the file is in /hoem/sites/xx

And :-)
suPHP php.ini files are showing these errors in the errorlog
PHP Warning:  Module 'mcrypt' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

I now changed all site to suPHP
But looks like a bug to me
