[BlueOnyx:13484] Can't Create Output issue

All,

I have a funny issue with email bouncing that seems to be "Can't Create Output".

Aug  7 14:56:13 blue sendmail[18146]: r77Lts2Q018059: to=<csalazar at abccartage.com>, ctladdr=<bhaake at abccartage.com> (724/508), delay=00:00:19, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=1906349, dsn=5.0.0, stat=Can't create output


I checked their quota's and the full site quota. They were ok. Is there any other reason this error
would happen? Its only happening to one site not the other virtual sites. Would a proxy firewall be
able to cause this?
