There is, not very ethical - but there is.

Edit /etc/mail/aliases and add a line at the end:

origuser:	origuser, otheruser

Any mail destined to origuser will be delivered to origuser plus a copy to otheruser.

As far as I can tell this will not be visible in the GUI, _BUT_ if the user has enough power and knowledge to peek at maillog - he will see it.
