[BlueOnyx:13587] Small issue with cmuimport

Hi,

I am doing a test migration from 5107R to 5108R, using cmuimport.

Here's a little thing that I notice:

Files in /etc/skel/vsite/en/web/ gets copied to a new vsite before the 
real data from cmuexport is being restored. 

If there is a index.html in /etc/skel/vsite/en/web/, and the imported 
website does not have an index.html (but, p.e. an index.php), the 
index.html that came from the skel files gets removed, but other files 
from skel stay in the vsite/web directory, even when those files were not 
part of the vsite when the cmuexport ran.

A simple solution is to empty /etc/skel/vsite/en/web/ before one starts 
the cmuimport.
