That doesn't look too healthy.

So it boils down to these RPMs, which are all conflicting with the
onboard Perl:

perl-DB-File
perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker
perl-Getopt-Long
perl-File-Spec
perl-File-Temp

Where did you get them from? Third party PKGs? Third party YUM repository?

Do a ...

rpm -q --info RPM-NAME

... to show the headers of the RPM.

Example:

rpm -q --info perl-File-Spec

And post the results back here.

Or you could try to remove the conflicting RPMs and see what complains
about their removal (if anything). If there is software that really
needs these RPMs present, then RPM will usually not let you remove them.

On a stock 5106R none of the above listed RPMs is included or needed.
