Compass and SOLARSPEED.NET have joined forces, to create a new platform for package delivery to Blueonyx servers. The new system is based on NewLinQ package installation, and a modern ecommerce platform that will be shared across multiple stores. Existing accounts have been migrated from legacy shops for both Compass and Solarspeed stores. For future reference, you will have one newlinq id email address that you will need to use for purchases from any of the stores.

To log in when visiting our site just click Login or My Account at the top of every page, and then enter your e-mail address and password. An email has been sent to existing customers with your new password. If you did not receive an email for any reason, just use the forgot password link in the store.

There are now multiple stores connected to this new platform.

Details of existing orders have been imported into the new platform to allow you to connect to NewLinQ for access to any past purchases. SOLARSPEED.NET clients not yet familiar with this approach are encouraged to visit this URL for more info on the new delivery procedure for PKG orders:

If you have any questions regarding access to the new ecommerce platform or regarding package delivery, please do not reply here in the BlueOnyx forum. Please use one of the methods below:

* click the "contact us" menu item available in the online stores.
* Open a support ticket at Compass (for clients with an existing support agreement): http://support.compassnetworks.com.au/
* Post a question in the Compass forum at http://forum.compassnetworks.com.au/

Regards,
