You can do that from the GUI.

Alternatively you can do this from the command line:

/etc/init.d/spamd stop
/home/solarspeed/av-spam/bin/restart_services.pl

That last script checks if all required services are running. It's
usually called from Active Monitor. When you run it manually, it'll
restart whatever needs to be restarted. It'll do so in the correct
sequence, too. If nothing needs to be restarted, it does nothing.
