Hi Michael,

That's part of why I'm so anxious.  No backup for this server.  Still trying to figure out why the others have good backups and this server doesn't - but its informational only now.

A number of the lvm commands give the one-line output "VolGroup00 is Exported", including the commands lvdisplay.  lvscan simply says its found VolGroup00.

The vgdisplay command results:

File descriptor 9 (/.console_lock) leaked on lvm invocation.  Partent PID885:
  Volume group VolGroup00 is exported
  --- Volume group ---
  VG Name                         VolGroup00
  System ID
  Format                             lvm2
  Metadata Areas              1
  Metadata Sequence No  9
  VG Access                         read/write
  VG Status                         exported/resizable
  MAX LV                             0
  Cur LV                               5
  Open LV                            0
  Max PV                              0
  Cur PV                               1
  Act PV                               1
  VG Size                             127.00 GiB
  PE Size                              32.00 MiB
  Total PE                            4064
  Alloc PE / Size                  4064 / 127.00 GiB
  Free  PE / Size                 0 / 0
  VG UUID                            o3G31E-5kz6-p2UY-TEm2-mZiW-9uj6-qrI9NL

Thanks for the look Michael.  I'm already building a replacement server, but will have to use OLD backups for the sites.  So if we can get this one back up (even if just long enough to cmuExport) - it would be great.

Chuck
