[BlueOnyx:12056] Quota Warning Message - warning to early?

Hello,

which program is generating/sending the "Quota Warning" Messages?
I have the issue that the program is warning to early.
I have an user account at the server with 5 GB quota. Now about 3,5 GB are in use. And I go the message this night.
This seems to be a warning starting with 30% free quota. For a 10 MB account it is ok. But for an account with 5 GB, 30% are too early in my point of view.
Can I modify the warning threshold?
