Hi Michael,

Thanks, we've checked that now and all our sites are under the \home
directory, and all users seem to be correctly assigned to the respective
group. Still no go.

I looked at the code in and around that line. Looks like there might be a
user in /etc/passwd which doesn't have the group set in the way it ought to
be. Are you by chance having users (or sites) whose home directory is not
located on /home?
