[BlueOnyx:13307] Roundcube Database Error

Hi All,

 

I have the Solarspeed Roundcube package on a 5108R and a couple of sites are
showing the Database Connection error when the user tries to log in.

 

I've uninstalled it from one of the affected sites via the Webapplication
Installer but it is still listed as Installed and only gives the option to
Backup or Uninstall - even though the files now don't exist.

 

Any suggestions?
