Try 
 rpm -V httpd
rpm -V php
 Maybe this gives you a hint where to look.

I have a strange issue.   All sites have suddenly stopped loading PhP. 

It offers the page for download.  

I have tried adding the lines to mime.types.  I have tries reinstalling php via yum.   Still to no avail

I have 30+ live sites not working :(

Any help appreciated!
