UN Soap is a php class that can be downloaded separately,

SoapClient comes bundled with php,

Newer versions of php can be acquired on Solarspeed and Compassnetworks and
will have more features.

Its off topic, 

But this is what I use to use PHPs soap client

$options = array( 
						'soap_version'=>SOAP_1_1, 
						'exceptions'=>true, 
						'trace'=>1, 
	
'cache_wsdl'=>WSDL_CACHE_NONE
					); 
					
					//cliente HTTPS 
  				    $client = new SoapClient('some.wsdl',
$options);

We use soapclient for php on blueonix 5106r 

And also use nusoap v 0.95  succesfully
