At this point you might ant to  try changing your ethernet cable and rebooing your switch, check for loops on ports

And that the switch is connected to the router the issue might be somewhere else and not on the server , and keep in mind that there might be more than 1 problem

Are you sure that the router is on 192.168.0.1?

I'd run a quick test to see...

Try dhclient eth0 - if you get no response, try dhclient eth1.

You could also run /root/network_settings.sh and set the machine to DHCP.

If you get no response from the router's DHCP server, then you have some infrastructure issues.

I forgot to say: 
That I've changed this servers static IP address to: 192.168.0.110 
(and I reserved it in the router)
so that it doesn't clash with the P3 servers IP of: 192.168.0.100
