[BlueOnyx:12465] Fatal error: Allowed memory size with my website

Hi.I have deployed my site drupal (drupal cms) in blueonyx. And whenever I try to access it, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to 
allocate 30720 bytes) in 
/home/.sites/106/site3/web/sites/all/modules/viewscarousel3d/viewscarousel3d.module on line 41

I went into the drupal forum and they asked me to increase the value of "memory_limit" in php.ini. In etc/php.ini I set the value of "memory_limit" to 128M then  to 512M but I still have the same error message. they made me understand that the error came from the hosting control panel (blueonyx) as with other free hosting control panel, I do not have that error. How to solve this problem?
