[BlueOnyx:12584] sphinx

Getting the following error trying to install sphinx. Is the following 
BO package needed? Does this error mean /usr/bin/search came from the cd 
installer package?

Transaction Check Error:
file /usr/bin/search from install of sphinx-0.9.9-1.el6.x86_64 conflicts 
with file from package blueonyx-cd-installer-6.3-20120710.x86_64

However, it seems there are many files that came from the same place?
