Well, that's a start. The last Swatch update was trivial and at the
moment it escapes me why that would conflict with Compasss-Base. All it
does is that it now properly MIME encodes the subject of notification
emails, using Encode::Encoder:

All in all that was like two lines of code change. But I'll check that
on a test box.
