[BlueOnyx:13867] Time is wrong

I am seeing the is correct if I ask in the cli
[root]# date
Wed Oct 16 12:23:03 EDT 2013
[root]#

But if I look at php via the website I get a different time
I did a php update on Solarspeed php package and that is when the
time issue started.

Any idea's how to fix?
