Hi Gerald.

As a general rule, there has been a long standing (and as yet unfound) bug in the software update code in Blueonyx (and BlueQuartz). In some circumstances, the install script and the gui lose connectivity. The gui keeps saying its installing, but never completes.

Recommended action. If you still see the package in the install list, hit the install button again. If it says it cannot find files, that usually means it HAS actually installed successfully. But dont stop there... you should still then check for new updates. You will find the package re-appears. Re-install it again. This time, it will just update the CODB with the installed file.
