[BlueOnyx:14252] Active Monitor state changes

Since yum update last night all me servers are sending this message 
every hour.
Any ideas?

Summary of changes:

* The Web Server is not running and could not be restarted. Try rebooting the server by clicking the Reboot Now button in the Power menu under System Settings. If you are still unable to access the Web Server, please visithttp://BlueOnyx.it/  for technical support.

I log in and all servers are running
then 15 mins. later get this:

* The web server is operating normally.
